In cases, where an applicant is filed on the basis of prior use of the mark from the date of application, The applicant is required to file a duly notarised user affidavit along with supporting Documents.

The trademark journal is available on the official website of trademark i.e https://search.ipindia.gov.in/IPOJournal/Journal/Trademark & the same can be accessed at free of cost.

The purpose of trademark journal is to inform the general public about the mark accepted and advertised by the registry, and further providing the public with an opportunity to oppose the mark.
